Eva's Log is named after our daughter, Eva. It's the app we wanted while we were expecting her: one quiet place for the whole arc, from trying, through pregnancy, into the sleepless newborn weeks.

We're family owned. There are no investors, no ad deals, and no one selling your personal data. Eva's Log is free to start, everything you log stays free to read, and the Premium subscription and the outfits you can buy for your child's picture are the only ways the app makes money.

There are no streaks, no ads and no guilt trips here. If a day or two goes by without the app, it sends a gentle check-in, then fewer and further apart. They stop after a month, or after a week while you're trying or expecting and no baby is in the app yet. You can turn them off in Settings.

Eva's father is a Master of Public Health graduate of Brown University. Her mother is a biomedical sciences graduate student and a licensed ultrasound technologist who often performs fetal ultrasound exams. The app's health content draws on published sources: growth standards, a milestone checklist adapted from the CDC's earlier list, and pregnancy and newborn guidance from groups like the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Academy of Pediatrics. It's a log, not medical advice.

From our family to yours.
